• As a community we support and motivate one another to reach our fitness goals.

  • We offer RUNNING PROGRAMS (Challenges) which range from walkers or first time runners to comrades training programs. These programs can also be personalized to your specific needs or injuries. It includes running/walking challenges, cross training workouts and mobility workouts.

  • We host EVENTS in which anyone is welcome to participate. Examples include the Blueberry Brother Run and Month Finale run as well as our bigger events such as the Breast Cancer Awareness Run.

  • We have multiple LOCAL COMMUNITIES where members come together for group runs.

  • Our PHYSIOTHERAPIST provides injury prevention and management guidance.

  • The team shares tips, tricks and advice to make running as pleasurable and safe as possible.
