THIS DECEMBER!

(CHALLENGE STARTS 01 DECEMBER 2O2O)

​THIS CHALLENGE WILL FOCUS ON

  • Bum and leg workouts for stronger legs (for running... and for those summer shorts too...)

  • Core and abs training

  • Running and other cardio exercises (to burn those calories and keep you fit for your great upcoming run 2021)

​CHOOSE BETWEEN AN EASY, INTERMEDIATE, AND ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM:

  • Easy: If you are currently walking or walk/running

  • Intermediate: If you are able to run 5km

  • Advanced: Running 8km and more

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is a four-week challenge which you will receive once off

Workouts can be done anywhere - NO equipment needed.

You will receive a Calendar with all the daily challenges for the month

We won't make you run on Christmas day - don't worry...

Weekly challenges to push yourself to reach your own PB's
