Core and abs training
Running and other cardio exercises (to burn those calories and keep you fit for your great upcoming run 2021)
CHOOSE BETWEEN AN EASY, INTERMEDIATE, AND ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM:
Easy: If you are currently walking or walk/running
Intermediate: If you are able to run 5km
Advanced: Running 8km and more
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It is a four-week challenge which you will receive once off
Workouts can be done anywhere - NO equipment needed.
You will receive a Calendar with all the daily challenges for the month
We won't make you run on Christmas day - don't worry...
